Company Profile
Jinzhou Bett Chemical Co., Ltd. specializes in R&D, production and export of full range of lubricant additives, including additive package and additive components,complying with API/ACEA international standards. We are now recruiting Local Sales Representative to develop local market, recruit distributors and maintain key customers.
Job Responsibilities
1.Develop local lubricant factories, end-users and distributor resources,achieve annual sales & gross profit target;
2.Handle inquiry, quotation, sample arrangement, order negotiation, order follow-up and payment collection;
3.Collect local market demand, competitor information, import certification policy and channel rules, submit monthly market report;
4.Comply with local laws and company compliance policy, maintain brand image, report business progress to China headquarters timely.
Requirements
1.Local resident, with legal working status, no bad business record;
2.Fluent in Business English + Native Language (or Fluent in Chinese +Native Language is preferred);
3.Minimum 3 years sales experience in lubricant, lubricant additive or chemical industry;
4.Familiar with local channel, import certification, customs clearance and payment terms; existing customer/distributor resources is a strong plus;
5.Knowledge of API/ACEA standards and lubricant additive performance is preferred;
6.Self-motivated, good negotiation skill, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits
1.Package: Fixed basic salary + sales revenue commission (uncapped) +Performance bonus
2.Probation period: 3 months, 80% basic salary during probation, full salary after confirmation;
3.Tax and social insurance covered in package;
